Your responsibilities

ALEMI Zurich is more than a store. Behind the shop floor is a team that moves fast — new products, campaigns, events. You're the link: close to customers, close to the business, with the ability to hold both.

• Active sales and personal styling advice — you know every product, its story, its craft


• Responsibility for visual merchandising as an expression of the brand world


• Full ownership of inventory and fulfillment in\-store


• Co\-leading the store team alongside the Store Manager


• Supporting customers with simple repairs and alterations


• Active involvement in events, launches, and special activations

Your profile

• Experience in retail or fashion, ideally with first leadership responsibility


• Genuine joy in customer contact — you remember faces, not just purchases


• Understanding of inventory management and structured back\-office processes


• Polished appearance and professional, natural demeanor


• Fluent German and English, additional languages welcome


• Available on Saturdays, occasionally until 8 pm
