About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Storage Consultant to join our team. This varied role combines customer service, sales, administration, account management, and practical site duties. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, bookings, payments, account management, and following up overdue accounts professionally, including outbound calling. You will also help maintain site standards, carry out inspections, and ensure our facilities remain safe, secure, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts, process payments, and resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Credit Control: Follow up overdue payments and outstanding account.
- Administration: Complete daily administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Site Maintenance: Carry out site inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Operations Support: Support the movement of customer goods and general site operations.
- Multi\-Site Working: Work across both our Bury and Failsworth sites as required.
- Customer Service \& Sales: Handle customer enquiries and bookings efficiently.
Requirements
- Medical check required.
- Forklift Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, resilient, and professional when handling difficult conversations.
- Strong organisational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Full UK driving licence .
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
