Stock Specialist

Role Vision

We are looking for a new Full Time Stock Specialist to join the Victoria Beckham Beauty team in our growing London locations. As a Stock Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the effective control and receipt of all sale\-able and non sale\-able inventory, operating as a critical part of the sales team to ensure stock is available for our clients’ needs. Responsibilities include organizing stock shelves and displays, monitoring stock levels on the floor and implementing loss prevention measures. As a member of the Victoria Beckham Beauty team, you will report to the Business Managers in each location.

You Will

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and sorting product shipments to ensure accurate inventory control.


• Organise stock shelves, racks, and displays in a visually appealing manner and in line with retailer standards


• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts, updating relevant systems and records.


• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor in partnership with Beauty Stylists and replenish merchandise promptly to prevent product shortages.


• Assist in implementing loss prevention measures by carefully handling merchandise to minimise damage and prevent theft, reporting any security concerns or incidents to the management team.


• Maintain a clean and organised stockroom and sales floor, ensuring safety guidelines are followed to provide a hazard\-free environment.


• Partner collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.


• Perform additional tasks as needed during busy periods or special promotions.

• 2\+yrs experience in a fast\-paced retailer environment


• Meticulous attention to detail \& highly organized

• Ability to move and lift merchandise


• Motivated and driven to perform independently and as a team
