Stock Room Assistant - Role Overview

The Stock Room Assistant will oversee day-to-day operations, manage supplier relationships, place and track orders, support packaging and dispatch, and assist with in-store events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong attention to detail.

Stock Management

• Track deliveries, manage backorders, and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Liaise with suppliers to resolve order issues or discrepancies.


• Prepare and organise product packaging and presentation in line with brand standards.

• Maintain high standards of presentation and service throughout the store.


• Support online order fulfilment, including packaging and dispatch.


• Help prepare event materials, signage, and logistical details.

• Previous experience in retail, office administration, or team coordination.


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• High attention to detail and pride in presentation.


• Comfortable using POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.


• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with a proactive, positive attitude.
