MARCO Limited is a leading innovator in smart weighing technology, delivering high\-quality solutions to customers across a range of industries. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stock Controller to join our team in Edenbridge.

The Role

Working closely with Procurement, Production, and Project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control and smooth day\-to\-day goods movement. This is a hands\-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, operational environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage goods in and goods out processes


• Receive, unpack, and check deliveries against documentation


• Prepare and dispatch goods, including booking couriers


• Load and unload deliveries (forklift use required)


• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control systems


• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies


• Store goods safely and logically


• Support production through kitting, picking, and packaging


• Liaise with Procurement to ensure timely material availability


• Maintain health \& safety standards


• Work cross\-functionally to improve processes

About You

Essential:

• Experience in warehouse, stock control, or goods movement role


• Strong IT skills and stock management systems experience


• Excellent organisational skills


• Strong communication skills

Desirable:

• Understanding of end\-to\-end supply chain processes


• Forklift licence
