We are currently looking for a passionate Stewarding Operation Manager, to join our Stewarding Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five\-star service to our guests and each other. As a Stewarding Operation Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To manage the stewarding department in all daily operational needs for the hotel to ensure 5 stars standards are maintained or exceeded.


• To conduct regular performance review and training needs for the department to ensure departmental standards are followed.


• To manage the hotel back of house hygiene standards, staffing level and equipment needs for the hotel operation.


• In the absence of the deputy chief steward, assists with administrative tasks for the department.


• Candidate must demonstrate proven experience managing a large team.


• Applicants must have relevant experience overseeing stewarding/kitchen operations within a five\-star hotel.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
