As a Stewarding Operation Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To manage the stewarding department in all daily operational needs for the hotel to ensure 5 stars standards are maintained or exceeded.
- To conduct regular performance review and training needs for the department to ensure departmental standards are followed.
- To manage the hotel back of house hygiene standards, staffing level and equipment needs for the hotel operation.
- In the absence of the deputy chief steward, assists with administrative tasks for the department.
- Candidate must demonstrate proven experience managing a large team.
- Applicants must have relevant experience overseeing stewarding/kitchen operations within a five\-star hotel.
