As a Start\-Up Manager at Le Village by CA, you’ll be at the heart of a thriving innovation ecosystem—empowering visionary founders and scaling promising ventures. Your core mission is to provide hands\-on coaching tailored to each start\-up’s unique journey, opening doors to valuable business connections and resources that fuel rapid growth.
You’ll drive the acceleration of start\- and scale\-ups, ensuring their ambitions are fully aligned with the dynamic spirit and strategic goals of our community. Beyond supporting existing ventures, you’ll play a proactive role in scouting and attracting the next wave of high\-potential start\-ups to join Le Village and benefit from our programs.

Your position
As a Start\-Up Manager within Le Village by CA your core responsibilities and day\-to\-day activities include:
- Empower Start\-Ups to Scale Boldly:
o Uncover each venture’s unique needs and orchestrate high\-impact introductions to partners, clients, and investors (national \& international).
o Curate and coordinate tailored support programs—workshops, mentoring, and networking events—that accelerate growth.
o Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics (revenue, fundraising, recruitment, partnerships, POCs), ensuring every milestone is celebrated and leveraged.
- Curate and Onboard the Next Wave of Innovators:
o Actively participate in (pre\-)selection committees, providing sharp insights and recommendations.
o Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, integrating new ventures into our thriving Village ecosystem.
- Drive Ecosystem Collaboration:
o Connect founders to the broader networks of Degroof Petercam, Indosuez, and the Crédit Agricole Group, unlocking new opportunities.
o Champion international growth by leveraging the global CA Villages network.
- Shape the Future of Our Community:
o Contribute your ideas and energy to continuously enhance our acceleration programs and community offerings.
Your profile
We are looking for an analytical, hands\-on and highly motivated individual with a strong expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation and startup ecosystems.
Your Experience
o Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, innovation management, or equivalent.
o Proven experience in start\-up/scale\-up acceleration, innovation consulting, or B2B business development.
o Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience is a strong asset.
Your Skills:
o In\-depth understanding of start\-up business models, innovation ecosystems, and hypergrowth dynamics.
o Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities.
o Strong networking skills.
o Outstanding interpersonal and coaching abilities.
o Good project management skills.
o Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Your Mindset:
o Entrepreneurial, creative, and dynamic.
o Quick to build trust with founders and executives.
o Autonomous, perseverant, and highly organized.

Availability: Part\-time is possible in the beginning, moving to full\-time will be needed in the future.
