Stairlift Engineer / Installer
Location: Based from our stairlift warehouse in St Helens

We are the UK’s largest Mobility and Stairlift retailer, with 41 stores in the UK. Our focus is on customer care and providing high\-quality service.

No experience? No problem.
Full training is provided, though a background in mechanics or electrics would be an advantage.

This is a practical, hands\-on role, so you must be comfortable lifting and handling heavy items.

What You will Do:

• Provide excellent customer service from first visit to installation and aftercare


• Visit customers at home to assess, advise, and quote for stairlifts


• Install straight and curved stairlifts (standard and bespoke)


• Repair, service, and maintain stairlifts


• Manage stock and deliveries


• Take part in an out\-of\-hours rota for customer callouts (paid)

• Good communication and customer service skills


• Problem\-solving and organisational skills


• Willingness to learn new technology and methods


• Ability to work alone or as part of a team


• Flexible, reliable, and compassionate approach to work


• A full UK driving licence (essential)


• Able to pass an enhanced DBS check (we’ll pay for this)
