We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can deliver a high standard of installation, servicing, fault finding, and repair.

Depending on your background, this role can suit:
- An experienced stairlift / home lift installer
- An experienced field service / breakdown engineer
- An engineer confident in fault finding, repairs, and part replacement
- An engineer who enjoys a mix of installation and service work
- Installing stairlifts, through\-floor lifts, and home lifts
- Servicing and planned maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Part replacements and system testing
- Completing job reports accurately
- Delivering excellent customer service in customers’ homes
- Proven experience working on stairlifts, home lifts, or through\-floor lifts
- Strong fault\-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good mechanical and electrical understanding
- Safe working practices and attention to detail
- Professional, customer\-friendly manner
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience across multiple manufacturers
- 18th Edition or relevant electrical qualifications
- Experience in domestic mobility equipment environments
