We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can deliver a high standard of installation, servicing, fault finding, and repair.

The role

Depending on your background, this role can suit:

  • An experienced stairlift / home lift installer

  • An experienced field service / breakdown engineer

  • An engineer confident in fault finding, repairs, and part replacement

  • An engineer who enjoys a mix of installation and service work
Your day\-to\-day work may include:
  • Installing stairlifts, through\-floor lifts, and home lifts

  • Servicing and planned maintenance

  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs

  • Part replacements and system testing

  • Completing job reports accurately

  • Delivering excellent customer service in customers’ homes
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience working on stairlifts, home lifts, or through\-floor lifts

  • Strong fault\-finding and diagnostic skills

  • Good mechanical and electrical understanding

  • Safe working practices and attention to detail

  • Professional, customer\-friendly manner

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Nice to have (but not essential)
  • Experience across multiple manufacturers

  • 18th Edition or relevant electrical qualifications

  • Experience in domestic mobility equipment environments
