Within our R\&D department dedicated to the development of train interiors, the intern will support projects focused on developing new technical solutions.
The intern will work on various R\&D topics related to material database \& analytical calculation tools and mechanics. As part of this role, the intern will:
- Develop and structure a material database for engineering applications
- Design analytical calculation methods and validate them against FEA simulations
- Assess limitations and applicability of analytical approaches
- Ensure alignment with R\&D requirements and FEA integration
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Engineering student (from an engineering school or university), ideally oriented in Materials science or Mechanical engineering or Composites engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical design and general mechanics, Composite materials \& FEM / FEA tools
- Understanding of project management
- A good level of English is required
