<p>With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.</p>

<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p data-start="65" data-end="274">We’re on the lookout for passionate students or recent graduates who want to dive into the exciting world of RV and campervan rentals and gain hands-on tourism experience at our <strong>Brussels Depot</strong> located in <strong>Waversebaan 24c, 1982 Zemst, Belgium.</strong></p>
<p data-start="276" data-end="627">As our <strong data-start="283" data-end="318">Tourism & Operations Intern</strong>, you’ll be the friendly face of our brand - welcoming guests, setting them up for road trips of a lifetime, and ensuring their journey ends just as wonderfully as it began. <p><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Front-office activities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Customer service and sales: </strong>Take care of check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip extras.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Back-office activities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: left;"><strong>Operations handling: </strong>Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.</li>
<li><strong>Quality control: </strong>Maintain the campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.</li>
<li><strong>Support activities: </strong>Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues.</li>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship;</li>
<li>You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a<strong> </strong>valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles);</li>
<li>You like international environments and meeting new cultures;</li>
<li>You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation;</li>
<li>You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.</li>
