Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for an LHCSA Staffing Specialist for our LHCSA Team!
This is a full-time hybrid position with a required commute of 3 days per week into our main office located in Albany, NY.
Department & Position Overview:
Our LHCSA Staffing Specialist possess a real passion for helping people, which is one of our company’s core values. As a LHCSA Staffing Specialist you will ensure our customers receive the level of care and attention they deserve. You'll pride yourself on your ability to problem solve and take ownership for each customer request ensuring that we always do the right thing for our members.
Every Day You Will:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Work with our patients, caregivers and nurses to ensure HHA coverage for our patients’ needs</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Pair caregivers and patients together, using a thoughtful approach to ensure the best fit possible</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring our caregivers are providing the compassionate care plan developed by our nursing dept.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the HHA recruiter to find and select high quality home health aides</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Keep the HHAs in compliance with regulatory requirements</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain files and records related to scheduling HHAs, including hours scheduled/worked, administrative records, and client rosters</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Support business processes to regularly improve and streamline operations and our ability to provide a seamless, service-oriented experience for our valuable patients</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years in a similar role</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in a LHCSA preferred; previous medical experience a plus</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">HHA Exchange software experience strongly preferred</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to think creatively and proactively to solve problems and improve processes</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven exceptional customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient computer and phone knowledge; comfortable with technology</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Must have poise and patience when dealing with customers, both internal and external</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages desired</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-Haves:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">2 + years of customer service experience within a homecare agency organization</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages desired</li>
</ul>

This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $20.00 and $23.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment.
