This role is at the centre of our supply chain operation ensuring our technology is efficient and reliably empowering our teams to get food in the hands of our customers.

- Drive engineering excellence and DevOps practices: Lead adoption of DevOps, automation, and experimentation to improve the end\-to\-end product lifecycle, while continuously measuring and enhancing development metrics, quality, and stability.
- Lead and contribute to frameworks, standards, and strategy: Develop and embed engineering frameworks, policies, and standards, while contributing to product planning, roadmaps, and defining/achieving Product Group objectives and key results.
- Mentor and uplift engineering capability: Support, coach, and mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing, fostering clean, high\-quality code and continuous learning.
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and community engagement: Champion technology, ways of working, and innovation across teams; actively participate in communities of practice; and contribute to recruitment strategy and hiring plans.
