Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives for a complex payroll and payments ecosystem, driving strategic UX and visual design decisions across multiple product areas.

  • Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences for enterprise users, from low-fidelity concepts to polished, production-ready interfaces.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to identify customer pain points, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system by creating reusable components and maintaining consistency across products and workflows.

  • Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional discussions to align teams around shared goals and elevate overall design maturity.

  • Mentor peers through feedback, collaboration, and advocacy for strong design practices, usability standards, and systems thinking.

  • Use AI-driven prototyping and automation tools to accelerate ideation, experimentation, and workflow efficiency.

  • Champion accessibility, scalability, and craftsmanship while continuously improving design processes and ways of working within a remote-first culture.

Requirements


  • Extensive experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong background designing enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platforms.

  • Proven expertise in user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex product challenges through scalable and thoughtful design solutions.

  • Ability to balance consistency and innovation while designing across large, interconnected product ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth, and distributed environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and drive alignment across overlapping organizational priorities.

  • Familiarity with industries such as HRTech, FinTech, payroll, or compliance-focused platforms is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, scalable component-based systems, and modern product design workflows.

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools within design and product development processes is considered a strong advantage.

  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
