Deliver high\-quality, compassionate care in a variety of emergency situations

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess, triage, and treat patients

Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies

Contribute to a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement

Excellent clinical decision\-making and communication skills

The ability to remain calm under pressure
