Staff Nurse (Bank)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care by assessing needs, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications accurately and safely


• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and responses to interventions


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans


• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to safeguard residents and staff

Experience

• Proven experience in resident care within a care home setting is preferred


• Demonstrated ability to administer medications safely according to prescribed protocols


• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams


• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail


• Certification as a registered nurse (RN) is required for employment eligibility
