Vacancy: Network Engineer Grade: V (0566\) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Contract Key Role: The position of Grade V Network Engineer encompasses management, maintenance, technical support, and administrative responsibilities. Requirements Essential Qualification and Experience: A relevant third\-level qualification in Information Technology or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1\+ year Experience working with Cisco networking technologies. Experience supporting broadband and telecommunications services. Experience deploying \& supporting mobile phones. Experience supporting endpoint security platforms. Experience troubleshooting network, connectivity and infrastructure issues. Hold a full, clean Irish Category B Driving License. Be willing to travel between Organisational locations as required. Eligibility to work in Ireland. Desirable Qualification and Experience: Suitable technical qualifications (such as CCNA or CompTIA Network\+) Experience supporting enterprise firewall solutions. Experience with Microsoft Intune / Citrix MDM. Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Experience in a multi\-site Organisation. Experience working within an ITIL\-aligned support environment. Salary Scale – Grade V (5066\): Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE revised consolidated June 2026 Maintenance Foreman Salary Scale pay scale point 1; €52,758 to Point 7 €63,110 LSIs pro rata per annum which is based on working a 35\-hour week.
