<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Senior Staffing Support Specialist will manage customer fulfillment opportunities and partner closely with the Staffing sales BDE team to drive and promote staffing services for the Strategic Staffing group. This role is responsible for supporting the full staffing lifecycle, maintaining strong customer and candidate relationships, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the hiring and placement process.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build and strengthen customer relationships to help identify and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in customer meetings and sales team meetings to promote and expand staffing services when needed</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</span></li>

<p style="line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $80,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.</span></p>
