<p>Desired Skills/Experience:<br>The software engineer will support a widely-used application that provides data visualization through Microsoft Power BI dashboards. Provide Power BI expertise to the development team, work with customers to resolve complex Power BI issues, and fulfill new data ingest requests.<br>• Power BI Desktop<br>• Power BI Report Server Administration<br>• Python<br>• Power Query M Formula Language<br>• Windows environment<br>• Maria DB<br>• ElasticSearch</p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Some of the day-to-day activities</span><span data-contrast="auto">: </span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong></p>

<li>Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.</li>
<li>The engineer will be a part of a team who explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics.</li>
<li>The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission related problems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pay Range</strong>: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. <p>The proposed salary range for this position is:</p>
<p>$174,400 - $220,300</p>
