Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update integrated project schedules across USV programmes and related portfolio activities.
- Monitor critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and delivery phases across design, build, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints early, and support mitigation planning with project managers.
- Track progress against plans, ensuring accurate follow-up on actions, deliverables, and commitments across teams.
- Contribute to portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and schedule performance analysis.
- Align planning activities with capacity, cost control, governance requirements, and operational execution.
- Facilitate planning sessions and progress meetings to strengthen structure, accountability, and delivery discipline.
- Maintain PMO standards, templates, reporting cadence, and data quality across all planning activities.
- Support PMO leadership in improving planning maturity and decision-making transparency across the programme portfolio.
Requirements
- Background in engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or technical business administration.
- Solid experience in project planning, project controls, or PMO functions within complex technical or engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach.
- Ability to manage detailed planning activities while maintaining a strong overall portfolio perspective.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work proactively and provide insights rather than purely administrative support.
- Experience in maritime, offshore, manufacturing, or high-technology project environments is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong motivation to contribute to innovative and autonomous systems development.
