Sr. Lead - Commercial Project & Strategic Initiatives (12-Months Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a talented and strategic\-minded individual to temporarily fill the Commercial Process \& Project Lead role. As Commercial Process \& Project Lead, you will lead our process improvement initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of key projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance project management capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Your Mission
----------------
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the process and project management team. Set clear goals, expectations, and priorities. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Pipeline Management: Coordinate and manage the commercial project pipeline and prepare projects for presentation during Quarterly Increment Planning.
- Process Management: Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Prepare and present project status reports, milestones, and deliverables for all commercial projects to the Cross\-Functional Program Management Team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
- Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross\-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Asana.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

The Case Study
What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day\-to\-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates \- the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

The Result
