• Develop and execute IT strategies by analyzing data, researching trends and preparing planning documents


• Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and user support


• Plan and manage IT budgets including cost analysis, purchase requests and vendor quotations


• Coordinate with third\-party IT service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance


• Participate in IT projects including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication


• Participate in IT architecture documentation such as network diagrams and system configurations


• Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure IT project requirements are met


• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management

• Degree in Computer Science or related field


• Minimum 6 years of hands\-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, system administration, or related fields.


• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers and operating systems (Windows, macOS)


• Hands\-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting


• Familiarity with user account management and access control systems


• Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and coordination


• Experience in IT operations, technical support or IT budgeting and working with third\-party vendors or service providers


• A very good command of English language, intercultural and communication skills; German is a plus
