Sr AI Engineer TS/Vue/NodeJS

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered product features, including workflow generation, intelligent automation recommendations, code generation, and workflow optimization capabilities.


• Build and integrate large language model (LLM) solutions using APIs, embedding models, vector databases, and natural language interfaces.


• Architect scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js while contributing to frontend experiences with modern JavaScript frameworks.


• Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy, usability, and customer outcomes.


• Create internal evaluation frameworks, testing pipelines, and performance benchmarks for AI-powered systems.


• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-centric AI solutions.


• Monitor, optimize, and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI integrations in production environments.


• Stay current with emerging developments in AI, agent frameworks, orchestration systems, and developer tooling, applying relevant innovations to product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping web-based products, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology environments.


• Strong full-stack development expertise using TypeScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and modern software architecture practices.


• Proven experience delivering AI-powered features in production using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers.


• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent architectures, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and context management.


• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embedding models, vector stores, and AI workflow orchestration.


• Frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or comparable frameworks.


• Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, product-focused approach to applying AI technologies.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.


• Demonstrated ability to balance experimentation with execution and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.


• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, or AI evaluation methodologies is highly desirable.
