Sprinkler Systems Manager

Job Summary

Viza Fire Engineering Services Ltd is seeking a Sprinkler Systems Manager to oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of commercial and residential sprinkler systems. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, technical standards, and client delivery from initial survey through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sprinkler installation, servicing, testing, and upgrade projects.


• Review designs, hydraulic calculations, specifications, and material requirements.


• Coordinate engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Monitor programmes, budgets, quality inspections, and project risks.


• Ensure systems meet approved designs, fire\-safety standards, and client requirements.


• Maintain project records, commissioning documents, and handover information.

• Experience managing fire\-sprinkler, active fire\-protection, or mechanical\-services projects.


• Strong knowledge of sprinkler installation, testing, and commissioning.


• Proven experience managing technical teams, subcontractors, and project budgets.


• Excellent planning, client communication, and problem\-solving skills.


• Relevant fire\-protection, mechanical\-engineering, or project\-management qualifications are beneficial.

• Lead specialised fire\-protection projects from design to handover.


• Work with experienced fire engineers and installation teams.
