Accountabilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and optimization of sportsbook products focused on Asian markets and international user audiences.

  • Define and manage product vision, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product ideation aligned with commercial objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with design, SEO, content, marketing, and technology teams to deliver high-performing and user-centric digital products.

  • Drive product growth strategies using performance metrics, user behavior insights, and data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Conduct competitor analysis across sportsbook and iGaming verticals to identify market opportunities, trends, and product enhancements.

  • Oversee backlog management and prioritize initiatives that maximize product performance, engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze P&L performance and contribute to commercial planning, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies.

  • Lead key decisions regarding product design trends, usability improvements, and market positioning initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of scalable sportsbook and SEO-focused product strategies to increase market reach and acquisition performance.

  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring alignment between business goals, product delivery, and customer expectations.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in Product Management within digital platforms, online gaming, sportsbook, or related high-growth industries.

  • Strong expertise and hands-on experience managing digital sportsbook products and understanding sportsbook user journeys.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and performance-driven product optimization techniques.

  • Passion for the iGaming industry and understanding of sportsbook market dynamics and customer engagement trends.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile, and high-pressure business environments with evolving priorities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics, KPIs, and commercial data to guide decision-making.

  • Knowledge and experience in P&L analysis, commercial performance monitoring, and revenue-focused product management.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Exposure to Asian markets, Asia-centric digital products, or regional customer behavior is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a rapidly scaling digital business environment.

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and highly collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
