The Role
This is a pure new business sales role focused on generating revenue across EGR’s global portfolio of event sponsorships and media advertising opportunities.
You will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients, building a strong and sustainable pipeline, and closing high\-value commercial partnerships with leading companies across the iGaming ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering against ambitious new business revenue targets
- Proactively identifying, targeting, and winning new logo clients
- Building and managing a high\-value pipeline across events and media
- Selling premium sponsorship packages, advertising, and bespoke marketing solutions
- Leading the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing
- Developing strong relationships with senior decision\-makers across global markets
- Attending international events and representing the EGR brand
- Collaborating internally to maximise client value and campaign success
- Continuously identifying new commercial opportunities and market trends
- Proven track record in B2B new business sales (essential)
- Experience in events, media, or iGaming (strong advantage)
- A confident, credible communicator with strong pitching and closing skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and target\-driven
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating at pace
- Strong commercial instinct with a focus on revenue generation
- Ability to build relationships quickly and influence senior stakeholders
- A team player who thrives in a high\-performance sales environment
- Consistently exceeding quarterly revenue targets
- Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Delivering a steady flow of new logo wins
