Salary: £16\.25 \- £17\.88 depending on shift.

Job Type: Zero\-hour contract

Shifts: 8am\-8pm day shifts, 8pm\-8am sleeping night shifts

+ Week One \- Friday sleep shift, Saturday \& Sunday day shifts
+ Week two \- Monday, Tuesday and Saturday sleep shifts *Subject to change*Role Overview:

We are offering an opportunity for experienced and dedicated Spinal Injury Support Workers to join our new client in Cardiff, working on a 2:1 ratio working sleeping night shifts. To support their independence and lifestyle, we’re seeking support workers who are confident, empathetic, and capable of building a strong, trusting relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
+ Catheter Care \& Bowel Management
+ Respiratory Management (cough assist/suctioning)
+ Autonomic Dysreflexia Management
+ Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
+ Administering medication (training provided)
+ Providing emotional support and companionship
+ Supporting with mobility and physical activities
+ Light housekeeping dutiesWhat We’re Looking For:

+ Previous experience within a similar role, supporting clients with Spinal Injury, catheter care and bowel management
+ A caring and compassionate nature
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid UK driving licence essential to drive the WAV during shifts essential (25 year olds \+ due to insurance)
