Specialty Doctor, EIIP East (attracts £15K RRP)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part\-time Specialty Doctor to join our Community Services division, working within the EIIP East team under the supervision of an experienced early intervention in psychosis (EIIP) Consultant Psychiatrist.

The successful candidate will work within a forward\-thinking, recovery\-focused community service and be a part of a dynamic, innovating, and supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT)
They will be encouraged to participate in the Trust’s weekly academic programme and will have opportunities to engage in research, leadership activities, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
There will be opportunities to engage in research \& service development, leadership \& management experience, clinical audit and quality improvement projects and will have a strong emphasis on career progression and professional development.
Our Offer:
NHS Specialty grade £63,696 \- £102,689 per annum \+ £149 fringe pro rata for part time
£15,000 recruitment premia over 3 years
Up to £2000/year CPD allowance subject to policy requirements
