The Bay Orthodontics is a well\-established, family\-run specialist orthodontic practice located in the beautiful coastal town of Colwyn Bay. We deliver high\-quality NHS and private orthodontic care and are known for our friendly team and patient\-focused approach.

About the Role

We’re looking for a GDC\-registered Specialist Orthodontist to join our growing team. You will work with a supportive clinical and administrative team, providing exceptional care to a varied patient base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist orthodontic care to NHS and private patients

  • Assess, diagnose, and plan treatment options

  • Manage a diverse caseload of both adult and paediatric patients

  • Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless patient journey

  • Maintain clinical records in line with GDC and NHS standards

  • Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing orthodontic needs and developing treatment plans.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of anatomy and orthodontic practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.

  • Adhere to GDC regulations and standards to maintain professional integrity and safety.
Requirements
  • GDC Specialist registration in Orthodontics

  • NHS Performer Number (or in the process of obtaining one)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • High standards of clinical care

  • A patient\-first mindset and positive team attitude
