Specialist Mentor ASC | Autism Support |

Location: Worcester University

Rate of Pay: £28 per hour + £3.38 accrued holiday pay

Contract: Part-time, with flexible hours

Start Date: September 2026 (for the new 2026/2027 Academic Year)

Are you passionate about supporting students with autism and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs)? This is a potential opportunity to make a significant difference. Randstad is actively seeking a dedicated Specialist Mentor ASC to join our team. This role provides individualised academic support, developing personalised learning plans, and guiding students towards success.

As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.

If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £180 for the NMH bundle and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.
