Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
- A sales\-oriented mindset, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self\-initiative, resilience, and excellent communication abilities
- Analytical, systematic, and efficient work style
- High affinity for digital products and willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent written and spoken German, and good English language skills
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving and a results\-driven mindset
- Active sales and marketing of Hapag\-Lloyd's services, with a focus on export to the Far East
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, while also acquiring new customers
- Evaluate customer potential and create sales plans for the assigned customer segment using MR Sales methodology
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on customer performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Organize sales activities and oversee business development using QlikView and Salesforce
- Coordinate transport quotations and handle global and local tenders in collaboration with the Sales Coordination team
- Establish and promote a push/pull sales process with other Hapag\-Lloyd areas and regions
- Collaborate closely with the Area's Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations
