What you can expect:
- Create and manage detailed short\-term production schedules across assigned manufacturing work centers
- Optimize production sequences based on material availability, capacity, quality requirements, and delivery commitments
- Allocate resources efficiently, including machines, equipment, labor, and tooling, to maximize productivity and minimize bottlenecks
- Act as the key operational link between Production Planning and the Shop Floor
- Drive rapid problem\-solving and cross\-functional collaboration to resolve scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and supply shortages
- Support digital transformation initiatives and planning system enhancements (e.g., Aspire, OMP)
- Monitor and report scheduling KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and other key stakeholders
What you bring:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Practical experience in Detailed Scheduling, Production Control, or Manufacturing Planning
- Strong understanding of Advanced Planning \& Scheduling (APS) systems and shop floor execution processes
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and priorities
- Proactive, hands\-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong collaboration and conflict\-management skills, combined with a "One Network" mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
