With a strong international presence, we work closely with customers and partners around the world to deliver sustainable and reliable technologies that support the global energy transition. In the Specialist Global Human Resources role, you will support key transactional and operational HR processes, ensuring close collaboration with local HR teams across regions and contributing to the successful delivery of global HR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As part of the Global HR HY Core Team, support all transactional processes of Global HR for Hydropower, as well as the Local HR teams, whenever needed.

  • Collaborate with all HR Hydropower teams worldwide in respect to all global HR policies, programs and initiatives, as well as making follow up of global demands and information required.

  • Coordination of HY Expat Management for Extended Management Team and key positions. Support the local HR teams within Global Mobility processes.

  • Coordinate \#APerformance for Extended Management Team, Managing Directors of B Companies.

  • Support on global training sessions promoted by HY HR Team.

  • Support on implementation of global HY action plans related to \#1ANDRITZway and Employee Engagement.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Advanced knowledge of HR main processes

  • Microsoft office, especially power point and excel

  • ANDRITZ IT Tools

  • Language: English (mandatory) and Spanish (good to have)
MAIN STAKEHOLDERS

HR colleagues across regions, Leaders, GHR colleagues and Local LE team, Partners, suppliers.

SCHOOL EDUCATION

Minimum: Bachelor in human resources related fields (Admin, Psychology, HR etc)

Desirable: MBA/Master in Human Resources or Business Administration

EXPERIENCE

\>8 years of experience in HR matters. HRBP experience/knowledge is highly appreciated. Experience in multinational companies with interactions in a global/multicultural level

Target companies and Industries: Engineering and Manufacturing industry (by education and /or experience), Hydropower sector would be additional value.

OTHER REQUISITES

  • Part\-time function (25h)

  • Availability for travels

  • Location: Europe
