What awaits you?
- You will be responsible for financial analysis and performance monitoring of retail partners in selected markets within the Central and Southeastern Europe region.
- You manage the Dealer Benchmarking System (DBS)/ RFB, ensure data quality, validation processes, and reporting flows between retail partners, NSC and BMW AG.
- You support retail partners in interpreting financial results and optimize profitability and cost structures.
- You identify financial risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, ensure Contract Market\-specific Cost (CMC) steering and claim handling.
- You support financial audits and validate investment proposals.
- In collaboration with external consultants and local BMW colleagues, you will support dealers in performance and cost management.
- You identify local potential from data in the technical context as well as prioritize and implement data\-driven Use Cases in the business context.
- You are the contact person for the sales region for the central (AG) Data Transformation Officer.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in Business Administration (e.g., Controlling / Finance / Accounting) or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in controlling/accounting preferred but not a must.
- High social competence as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- High flexibility and ability to multitask and self\-motivate.
- Affinity and expertise for data management and governance
- Very good command of English.
- Good user skills in MS Office.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
