A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chiswick is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and helping every pupil thrive both academically and personally.

The role:
- Supporting pupils with additional learning and developmental needs across the primary age range
- Working on a 1:1 basis and within small group interventions
- Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging social development, confidence and independence
- Supporting children both inside and outside of the classroom
- Experience working with children within a school, nursery or similar setting
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Experience with SEN is beneficial but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
- A friendly and supportive staff team
