Spare Part Coordinator

In the role as Spare Part Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our service organization, supporting customers and colleagues worldwide. Combining administration, analysis, and operational responsibilities, you will help drive efficiency, maintain critical machine configurations, and contribute to our ongoing digitalization journey.

Mycronic continues to grow across a wide range of industries, and the Pattern Generator (PG) division, which you will belong to, currently holds a unique position in the market as the world’s leading supplier of mask writers for the production of advanced photomasks. Every high\-resolution display you see \- whether it’s a TV, phone, tablet, or Apple Watch, has been manufactured with the help of Mycronic’s machines as part of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Configure Spare Parts and Upgrade Kits


• Create and Maintain Spare Part Lists


• Do machine SW/HW configuration checks


• Update price lists


• Do analysis of spare parts consumption and other Business Intelligence variables related to spare parts


• Set Warehouse stock levels in all worldwide warehouses

To thrive in this role, you are a structured and analytical person with a genuine interest in configuration management. You take ownership of your work, are proactive in driving initiatives forward, and have the ability to turn ideas into results.

As you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe, you are service\-minded, communicative, and enjoy building strong relationships. Your positive attitude, curiosity, and solution\-oriented approach enable you to succeed in a dynamic and international environment.

In addition, you have:

• A degree in logistics or business economy, or equivalent experience


• Experience of working with configuration management


• Experience of working with ERP and PLM IT\-systems


• Good skills in Excel and the Office\-package


• Proficiency and experience of communication in English, in both speech and writing


• A Swedish citizenship


• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken

• Experience with ERP and PLM IT\-systems such as M3 and Aras


• Experience with FSM IT\-systems such as Salesforce and ServiceMax


• Experience from Business Intelligence IT\-systems such as Power\-BI and QlickSense
