Lochgreen House Hotel has recently joined the award\-winning RAD Hotel Group, and we are looking for an exceptional Spa Manager to lead our spa team during an exciting new chapter for the hotel.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and commercially minded spa professional to oversee the day\-to\-day operation of our spa, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving performance, team development, and business growth.

About the Role

As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the spa operation, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, treatment delivery, cleanliness, and financial performance. You will inspire and develop your team while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team.


• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain outstanding service standards.


• Manage daily spa operations, including treatments, reception, retail, and facilities.


• Drive treatment and retail sales while achieving financial targets.


• Recruit, train, and coach team members.


• Manage rotas, payroll, stock control, and budgets.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.


• Work closely with the hotel management team to develop promotions, packages, and guest experiences.

About You

• Previous experience managing a spa or wellness operation.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.
