Spa Manager – Moroccan Hammam & Wellness

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organised and experienced Spa Manager to join Zin Bladi, a private ladies\-only Moroccan Hammam \& Wellness spa in Glasgow.

This is a hands\-on management role for someone who is confident taking responsibility for the smooth running of the spa, managing the team and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience.

The Manager will oversee staff, bookings, reception, customer service, daily operations, stock and general organisation of the spa.

Our working schedule is booking\-based and flexible, so the Manager must be able to organise and coordinate staff according to bookings and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the spa team and daily operations


• Organise staff according to bookings and business needs


• Monitor bookings and ensure the appropriate staff are available when required


• Manage and support reception and customer enquiries


• Ensure clients receive a professional, welcoming and high\-quality experience


• Maintain the standards and values of Zin Bladi


• Monitor staff performance, punctuality, presentation and professionalism


• Communicate clearly with staff and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities


• Deal with customer questions, concerns and complaints professionally


• Monitor stock and ensure products and supplies are available when needed


• Ensure the spa is clean, organised and presented to a high standard


• Support opening and closing procedures


• Make sure treatments and services are delivered to our expected standards


• Handle day\-to\-day operational issues and take initiative to resolve them


• Communicate regularly with the business owner regarding staff, bookings and operations


• Help improve the overall organisation and customer experience of the spa

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in management, hospitality, spa, salon or a similar environment


• Confident leading and managing a team


• Highly organised, responsible and reliable


• Professional, friendly and approachable


• Confident dealing with customers and staff


• Able to work independently and take initiative


• Flexible and able to work according to bookings and business needs


• Excellent at communication and customer service


• Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment


• Passionate about maintaining high standards

Pay: £14\.00\-£18\.00 per hour
