Full job description

The Spa Assistant Manager will oversee a high\-performing spa within a premium hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive service excellence, and enhance overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years’ spa experience, with at least 1 year in a management role


• Excellent Customer service skills.


• Provide inspirational leadership for The Spa, nurturing its growth as a leading wellness destination while balancing commercial performance, operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.


• Develop the entire Spa operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.


• Ensuring compliance with all health \& safety requirements


• Passionate about world class hospitality service in a 4\* environment


• Achieving financial returns of the Spa and driving the business forward


• Develop a positive and inclusive team culture where every team member feels valued, supported, empowered and connected to the purpose of The Spa.


• Exceptional standards of service and attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate:

• Spa management experience.


• Fluent English speaker


• A strong Spa background essential.


• Excellent ability to work as part of a small team to achieve over all objective


• Qualified Spa therapy facial and Massage, comfort zone products

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, services, and facilities.


• Manage spa schedules, including staff assignments and treatment appointments, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.


• Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and excellence.


• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team up to date with the latest spa techniques and industry trends.


• Take ownership of the financial performance of The Spa, monitoring results against budget and implementing corrective actions where necessary


• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.


• Maintain and enhance the spa’s reputation by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and enhance guest engagement.


• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, treatments, and wellness offerings.


• Ensure that all guests enjoy a truly exceptional Spa experience by providing a luxurious experience, going above and beyond and inspiring the team to do the same
