Location: South of the UK (Southeast & Southwest)
Package: £45,000 - £50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Southern Territory Manager to join a growing specialist business within the access platform and construction equipment industry.
This is an organisation that has recently entered an exciting period of growth and transformation, having invested in a brand-new branch facility and benefiting from the backing of a financially secure European shareholder. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, enjoy being out in the market and thrive on building strong customer relationships that translate into long-term business growth.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Developing and growing existing customer accounts
- Identifying and winning new business
- Increasing the value and frequency of existing customer spend
- Building relationships from depot level through to senior management and procurement
- Understanding customer operations, fleet profiles and purchasing requirements
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services
- Regularly visiting customers and depots across your territory
- The ideal candidate will be commercially hungry, personable and confident building relationships at all levels.
- Experience within Powered Access, Plant Hire, Construction Equipment, Machinery Parts or a related sector would be particularly relevant.
- A track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
- A proactive, consultative approach to sales
- The organisation and independence to manage your own diary and territory
- Hold a full UK driving licence
