We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a well-established and welcoming golf club. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a professional yet relaxed environment, delivering high-quality food to members and guests.

- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Manage stock control and assist with ordering
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- A passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Food hygiene certification (Level 2 minimum)
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings for events
