YOUR IMPACT
You will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end sourcing cycles, including market analysis, RFP/RFQ development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
In this role you will collaborate with a broad stakeholder base including Finance, Legal, HR, and IT in a fast\-paced, matrixed environment. You will also consider and recommend optimum sourcing approach based on context and desired value outcome (e.g., comprehensive RFP, RFQ, direct negotiation).
Additionally, you will drive delivery of innovative and syndicated negotiation strategies for sourcing events and leverages outstanding negotiation skills and supplier evaluation tailored to the Facilities Management \& Ground Transportation categories that deliver optimum outcomes. You will also partner with category managers, sourcing, purchasing, and other capabilities (e.g., technology, procurement ops) to establish end\-to\-end processes and SOPs that ensure smooth handoffs and deliver consistent and auditable sourcing experiences.
You will identify KPIs for strategic and operational performance metrics (e.g., spend under management) and implement performance tracking against set targets leveraging data analytics and spend analysis to identify opportunities to enhance sourcing outcomes. You will drive delivery of innovative and syndicated negotiation strategies for sourcing events and leverages outstanding negotiation skills and supplier evaluation tailored to the Facilities Management \& Ground Transportation categories that deliver optimum outcomes.
Your efforts will contribute to enhancing sourcing effectiveness through spend analysis, detailed cost assessments, strategy formulation, requirements alignment, RFP management, business case development, and disciplined negotiation practices.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
7\+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years focusing on Facilities Management \& Ground Transportation
Deep Expertise in the facilities management \& ground transportation category dynamics—covering rate benchmarking, contract structures (e.g., T\&M, fixed price, route pricing), and supplier relationship management—along with strong vendor management, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis skills. A solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and procurement policy frameworks
Strong Financial Acumen, data analytics capability, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective sourcing strategies that deliver measurable value
Strong Influencer with Collaborative Style: Ability to offer innovative ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively
Excellent Problem\-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze problems, make wise recommendations, and lead analysis and reporting of key metrics
