Solutions Manager Biopharma (f/m/x)

For our global Enterprise Solutions Biopharma team, we are looking for a Solutions Manager Biopharma who combines customer understanding, business drive, analytical thinking, and technical depth. In this role, you will shape end\-to\-end solutions that bring together microscopy, automation, and AI/computer vision to create real value for customers. You will identify scaling opportunities, define solution concepts, develop proof\-of\-concepts, and drive execution together with customers and cross\-functional teams. Your Role:

• Lead large digit solution projects for biotech and pharma customers from opportunity to delivery


• Understand customer workflows, challenges, and priorities, and turn them into compelling solution concepts


• Design and implement proof\-of\-concepts for solutions involving microscopy, automation, and AI/computer vision


• Drive alignment across customers, sales, application experts, and development teams


• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and shaping strong value propositions


• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast\-paced international environment


• Help translate customer\-specific approaches into scalable offerings for the biopharma market

• Masters/PhD degree in a STEM field such as life sciences, bioinformatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or engineering


• Experience in biotech, pharma, life science, or another innovation\-driven customer environment


• Strong Python skills and AI/Computer Vision experience, to guide development effectively


• Strong technical understanding in combination with analytical and problem\-solving skills


• Strong customer\-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly


• Good sense of ownership and the ability to drive topics independently


• Business\-oriented mindset and ability to connect customer needs with growth opportunities


• Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple topics under pressure


• Biology background or strong understanding of biological applications is a plus


• Fluent English
