You have a passion for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and enjoy diving into code to solve real-world problems. You're energized by helping customers implement solutions that drive measurable business value.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p>

<li>Technical Consultation: Help understand customer requirements and design appropriate implementation strategies for Baselayer's identity verification solutions</li>
<li>Implementation Support: Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment of Baselayer products</li>
<li>Solution Design: Create technical documentation and implementation plans that address specific customer needs</li>
<li>Product Demonstrations: Deliver technical demonstrations that showcase Baselayer's capabilities</li>
<li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams</li>
<li>Technical Documentation: Develop implementation guides and solution architectures for various customer scenarios</li>
<li>Customer Training: Educate customers on Baselayer's products and APIs</li>
<li>Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams</li>
<li>Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the identity verification space</li>
<li>Post-implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure customer success</li>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to complex challenges</li>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Experience with fintech or financial institutions</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words">Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demos, or implementation workshops</li>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>

<li><em><strong>Salary Range:</strong> </em>$135k – $220k + Equity | 0.05% – 0.25%</li>
