Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and iterate on sovereign infrastructure solutions, including automation tools, cloud-native services, and platform-level capabilities aligned with strategic business objectives.

  • Translate high-level technical and policy requirements into scalable, production-ready software solutions across distributed environments.

  • Build functional prototypes and rapidly evolve them into stable deliverables using modern development frameworks, AI-assisted workflows, and agile engineering practices.

  • Collaborate closely with core engineering and product teams to integrate developed solutions into broader enterprise product ecosystems.

  • Lead the technical “landing” process by embedding with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment, scaling, and operational adoption of new initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and supporting documentation to ensure seamless handover and long-term maintainability.

  • Contribute to architectural discussions around observability, immutability, orchestration, and sovereignty-focused platform capabilities.

  • Work across cloud, edge, containerized, and on-premise environments to ensure portability, resilience, and operational consistency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across engineering, product management, and strategic initiatives to align technical execution with long-term roadmaps.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve development efficiency, scalability, automation, and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements


  • 5–6 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud-native infrastructure roles within fast-paced technical environments.

  • Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and JavaScript, with additional experience in Python and Vue.js considered highly valuable.

  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.

  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications across cloud-native and on-premise infrastructure environments.

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, observability, automation, and scalable infrastructure architectures.

  • Ability to independently manage complex technical initiatives and navigate evolving priorities within flat and collaborative organizations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to document architectural decisions and technical processes clearly.

  • Experience working in startup environments, boutique consultancies, or similarly agile organizations is highly desirable.

  • Comfortable collaborating remotely across international teams and participating in periodic in-person strategic working sessions.

  • Passion for open-source technologies, innovation, and building resilient enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions.
