Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

​Are you a senior litigator who actually enjoys leading people? We are undergoing a major expansion and are looking for five Team Leaders to join our Litigation department.​ While technical skill is essential, we are specifically looking for "people people." Our ideal candidates are approachable, open, and the kind of leaders that team members feel comfortable coming to for guidance.​

• ​Manage and mentor a team of fee earners within the Financial Mis\-Selling Department


• Act as the technical and emotional "go\-to" for your team.​


• Oversee caseloads using FMS (Financial Mis\-selling) or similar Case Management Systems.​Drive team performance while maintaining a collaborative, positive office culture.​

• ​Qualified Solicitor: Ideally 3\+ years PQE in Litigation.​


• Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing a team or supervising junior staff.​


• FMS Knowledge:


• Experience with Financial Mis\-selling or high\-volume litigation systems is a significant advantage.​


• Soft Skills: You must be personable, approachable, and an excellent communicator.​
