Solicitor (2 PQE) - Investment & Property Management
THE ROLE \& TEAM
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor (2 PQE) to join the Manchester office in our growing Investment \& Property Management team within our Real Estate Group.
The team areis made up of experienced property lawyers who provide an efficient and cost\-effective service. They handle a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and corporate support work, as well as providing strategic advice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial property documents, including leases, licences and related agreements
- Support on investment and property management transactions and corporate support matters, ensuring matters each are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients on a variety of property management issues
- Assist with portfolio management work for a range of clients, helping to maintain strong and long\-term relationships
- Work collaboratively with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, gaining exposure to high\-quality work
- Manage your own caseload (with appropriate supervision), ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
- Contribute to delivering a cost\-effective and commercially focused service in line with team objectives
- Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in commercial property or real estate
- Experience gained through a training contract or equivalent, with exposure to property transactions or asset management work
- Strong drafting and organisational skills, with good attention to detail
- Commercially aware, with the ability to provide practical and client\-focused advice
- Able to manage your own workload varied caseload effectively, while also working collaboratively within a team
- Confident communicator, building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
