<p><strong>Your Impact: </strong></p>
<p data-start="303" data-end="673">The Regional Manager, Solar O&M will lead and oversee operations and maintenance performance across the Eastern region, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing regional teams, optimizing service delivery, and strengthening relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You’ll play a critical leadership role in scaling solar service offerings, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and aligning regional performance with company-wide goals.</p>
<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p>

</ul>
<p><strong>EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of project management or operations experience in solar, electrical, or industrial environments</li>
<li>3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams or regional operations</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and maintenance practices</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth</li>
<li>Experience with contracts, pricing strategies, and operational KPIs</li>
<li>Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)</li>
<li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical/Work Environment</strong></p>

<li>Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays and be on-call as needed</li>
