About EcoPlex

EcoPlex Energy Solutions is one of Ireland's growing renewable energy and retrofit installation contractors. We design, sell and install solar PV, EV charging and full home energy upgrades — and we back every sale with our own install teams, not subcontractors we can't stand over.

We're expanding fast and building out our field sales team. This isn't a call\-centre job and it isn't a desk. This is a boots\-on\-the\-ground role for someone who wants to be out on the road, in front of homeowners, and being paid properly for what they close.

The Role

You'll be our person on the ground — knocking, following up warm leads, doing site walk\-throughs, closing deals and staying with the job right through to install. You'll work hand\-in\-hand with our installation teams, following them into estates and neighbourhoods where we're already working, and turning our completed jobs into the next ten sales.

We want someone who can genuinely run their own patch. Do it well, and this role grows into a team\-lead position — you'll hire people underneath you, build out your own crew, and take a cut of what they bring in. We're looking for someone who wants that, not someone who wants to coast.

What you'll be doing

• Door\-to\-door and field\-based selling of solar PV systems (our core focus) across Dublin and surrounding counties


• Following our install teams into active areas and working the surrounding houses while our vans are on the street


• Booking and running your own appointments, surveys and site assessments


• Explaining the product, the grants (SEAI), the savings and the process to homeowners in plain English


• Closing deals


• Hitting and beating weekly and monthly targets and KPIs


• Building and eventually leading your own sales team as the role grows

• Proven field sales experience — you've done door\-to\-door or direct home sales before and you can show a track record of closing


• Full, clean Irish driving licence — non\-negotiable, this role lives on the road


• Well\-presented, confident and comfortable talking to anyone at their front door


• Self\-motivated and driven by targets, commission and KPIs — you want to earn


• Reliable, organised, and able to run your own diary without being chased


• The appetite to grow into a leadership role and build a team

Any of the following will put you straight to the top of the pile:

• Solar PV sales or installation experience (this is what we care about most)


• EV charger sales or installation experience


• Windows and doors sales experience


• Retrofit / home energy upgrade experience


• General electrical or installation background

• Uncapped commission — the harder you work, the more you earn, no ceiling


• A clear path to team lead: hire your own people, build a crew, earn from their sales


• Selling for a company with its own install teams — you're not selling promises, you're selling a service we deliver


• A product people actually want, with government grants behind it


• Real backing to get out there and smash it
