Solar Project Manager

EnergyMyWay is a growing renewable energy company based in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire, specialising in solar PV and battery storage installations. We're looking for a highly organised Project Manager to join our team and keep our installations running smoothly from start to finish.

The Role

As our Solar Project Manager, you'll be the central point of coordination for every solar PV and battery installation we deliver. You'll be the friendly, reliable voice our customers speak to as their project comes together, and the person our installers and electricians rely on to keep their diaries running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Scheduling all solar PV and battery installations from start to finish


• Ordering the appropriate materials for each project (from a specification provided by the salesperson)


• Booking scaffolding with our subcontractor partners


• Managing the diaries of our panel installers and solar electricians


• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and reassured throughout their project


• Reporting into and working closely with our Senior Project Manager

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once


• An excellent communicator, confident speaking with customers and coordinating with installation teams


• Comfortable managing schedules, logistics, and supplier relationships


• A proactive problem\-solver who keeps things moving


• No prior experience in the solar industry is required — full training will be provided

• Salary from £35,000\+, dependent on experience


• Full training in the solar industry — no previous experience necessary
